1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Travel Blueprint LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.travelblueprint.art website.

2. Services Provided We provide travel consulting, itinerary planning, and related advice. We are currently acting solely as travel consultants and researchers, not as a booking agency.

3. Payment and Refunds

Consultation Fees: Fees for 1-on-1 consultations are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Itinerary Planning Fees: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin research. Final balances are due upon delivery of the itinerary. Once the research work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for the value of the time spent.

4. Intellectual Property The itinerary designs, digital guidebooks, and content provided to you are the proprietary property of Travel Blueprint LLC. You are granted a limited license to use them for your personal travel only. You may not resell or redistribute our plans.

5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
